Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website. The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at consumers residing in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "customer").
A consumer is defined as a natural person who maintains business relations with www.rå.ch that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities can be rejected without justification.
www.rå.ch reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized.

The price
The prices in the store are shown in CHF. Unless otherwise specified, any shipping costs will be charged additionally and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
Payment methods
Payment options are credit cards, Paypal and Twint
In the case of a bank transfer, please contact us in writing. Orders will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 4 - 10 working days after receipt of payment.
If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the buyer bears the risk of loss in transit.
Your goods will be sent by Swiss Post. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent by B Mail. For faster delivery, please contact us in writing.

Cancellation of the order
Cancellation is only possible before delivery. Please contact us in writing within 3 days of placing your order.
Returns
Returns are only possible if the goods show no signs of use and the packaging has not been opened.
In the event of a return, please contact us directly by e-mail.
We accept returns within 10 days without giving reasons. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be refunded after the goods have arrived.
Returned products must not show any signs of use.
Defects/exchange
As the buyer, you are obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects in writing with pictures within 5 days.
The purchase amount will be refunded after the goods have arrived at our premises.
Complaints must be made within 5 days of receipt of the consignment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims at our discretion (return, reduction, replacement delivery).
The postage for any return shipment for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects shall be borne by you as the buyer.
Exchanges are only possible in the event of defects, incorrect delivery or faulty goods.
